Ha Noi is accelerating the construction of seven bridges spanning the Red River, targeting completion in the second quarter of 2027 to improve transport connectivity and serve APEC activities next year.

Three key power projects with total investment of nearly 2.165 trillion VND were finalised and energised by the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) in August 2026, substantially enhancing power supply capacity for Phu Quoc Special Zone and creating an energy infrastructure foundation to serve the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week 2027.
