Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung on January 14 hosted a reception for ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn, who is on a visit to Viet Nam to attend the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers Meeting (ADGMIN).
