To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, along with his spouse and the high-level Vietnamese delegation, has successfully concluded his official visit to Thailand, state visit to Singapore, where he attended and delivered a keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue, and state visit to the Philippines.
