In celebration of the 51st anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, Avuong Commune, Da Nang City, held a flag salute ceremony and presented national flags and portraits of President Ho Chi Minh at Border Marker 678, a site marking the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
