Negotiating delegations from Viet Nam and Kyrgyzstan signed the minutes of the second round of negotiations on a Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) at the General Department of Taxation in Ha Noi on the morning of April 23, marking a significant step forward in strengthening bilateral cooperation in taxation, investment and trade.
