Viet Nam saves 463,000 kWh during Earth Hour 2026

Viet Nam saved approximately 463,000 kWh of electricity, equivalent to more than 1 billion VND (approximately 37,900 USD) during one hour of lights off on the evening of March 28 in response to Earth Hour 2026, according to the National Power System and Market Operation Company (NSMO).

The highlight of the event is a running race attracting more than 2,000 participants, aiming to inspire the spirit of energy saving and to form civilised consumption habits within the community.
