The skies over Ha Noi were brilliantly illuminated by multi-layered colour effects from a high-altitude fireworks display celebrating the successful conclusion of the 14th National Party Congress on the evening of January 23.

To mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Viet Nam’s National Day (September 2), Ha Noi will host a series of celebratory events culminating in high-altitude fireworks displays at five major locations across the city on the evening of September 2.

Fireworks will light up the skies over 30 locations in all 30 districts and town of Hanoi during the upcoming Lunar New Year ( Tet ) festival, Vietnam’s largest national holiday, the municipal People’s Committee announced on January 6.
