On February 10, Party General Secretary To Lam, together with a delegation from the Party Central Committee, visited Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces to offer incense in remembrance of late revolutionaries and Party leaders.

Party General Secretary To Lam and a working delegation of the Party Central Committee on January 29 offered flowers and incense in tribute to former Party General Secretaries Tran Phu and Ha Huy Tap, and visited the special national historical site of Dong Loc T-junction in the central province of Ha Tinh.
