For over 60 years, the craft village of Thu Duong, located along Chu River in the newly established Bac Ninh Province, has been renowned for its rice noodle production. Chu rice noodles, a beloved rural speciality, have not only gained widespread popularity across Viet Nam but are now being exported to multiple countries.
