A conference discussing the building of an international financial centre (IFC) in Viet Nam was held under the chair of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 1.

Four Vietnamese banks – HDBank, OCB, MSB, and VPBank – have officially joined the Alliance for Green Commercial Banks, an initiative by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.

An international conference themed “Enhancing cooperation with global investment institutions in mobilising green finance for sustainable development and state-owned enterprises’ restructuring in Vietnam” was held in Hanoi on November 25.
