These days in Ha Noi, not only locals but also many international tourists and foreigners living and working here are experiencing the special atmosphere as the capital is adorned with flags and flowers to celebrate the 80th National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025).

Ha Noi is at the centre of a series of activities marking the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025), the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), and the 71st anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2025).

The 2023 Hanoi Tourism Festival, themed “Connecting heritages for tourism development”, will be held in the capital city’s Hoan Kiem District, from March 24-26.
