Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture honours director Le Quy Duong
On September 2, on the occasion of the 81st National Day of Viet Nam, the Mongolian Embassy in Viet Nam coordinated with the Mongolian State University of Arts and Culture to hold a ceremony honouring and conferring the title of “Honorary Professor” to director Le Quy Duong.
