A press conference was co-organised by the Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports and the French Institute in Viet Nam, on the afternnon of October 22 to announce the launch of Photo Ha Noi ’25, marking the impressive return of one of Viet Nam’s largest contemporary photography events.
