Prime Minister Le Minh Hung and his delegation poffered flowers and incense in tribute at the K15 Wharf Special National Relic Site in Do Son Ward, Hai Phong City, on the morning of September 24, during his working trip to the city and as the country prepares to mark the 65th anniversary of the traditional day of the Ho Chi Minh Trail at Sea (October 23, 1961–October 23, 2026).
