Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung on March 6 held phone talks with Kaja Kallas, Vice-President of the European Commission and the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, to discuss Viet Nam – EU relations and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
