On September 10, at Bach Ma National Park in Hue City, Phase 2 of the Viet Nam Bear Rescue Centre was officially launched. The project marks an important step in the Vietnamese Government’s commitment to completely ending the practice of keeping bears for bile extraction nationwide by the end of 2026.
