On August 19, 1945, the revolutionary fire broke out in Ha Noi, where the strength of the people’s hearts combined with the wise leadership of the Party and the great Uncle Ho, and wrote a brilliant golden page of the national history. The success of the August Revolution in Ha Noi had a decisive significance, creating the position and strength for the General Uprising to win nationwide.
