In late June, the 13th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union convened with nearly 800 official delegates in attendance. The resounding success of the congress marked a new chapter brimming with aspirations for Vietnamese youth, while also establishing imperatives for youth union work and youth and children’s movements in the 2026–2031 period.
