Panamanian President and spouse begin official visit to Viet Nam
President of the Republic of Panama José Raúl Mulino and his spouse, Maricel Cohen De Mulino, arrived in Ha Noi on October 5 afternoon, beginning their four-day official visit to Viet Nam at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and President To Lam and his spouse.
