An awarding ceremony was held on March 17 to mark the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Ha Noi Party Organisation (March 17, 1930 – 2026) and celebrate the success of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
