Organised by the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade, the event brings together businesses and producers from Ha Noi and other provinces and cities to showcase handicrafts, gifts and other products for export.

The four-day fair will feature a forum on trends and solutions for developing Ha Noi’s handicraft products, as well as a conference on connecting supply and demand for raw materials in the handicraft sector on October 9. An awards ceremony for the 2026 new handicraft product design competition will be held on October 10.

The programme will also include business-matching activities, negotiations and the signing of memorandums of understanding and contracts, along with displays of newly designed handicraft products and demonstrations of traditional crafts by Ha Noi artisans.

A key focus of Ha Noi Giftshow 2026 is to strengthen both in-person and online business connections in line with the growth of e-commerce and the digital economy. Participating businesses will receive online promotion and support to connect with buyers and showcase their products on domestic and international e-commerce platforms after the fair.

The fair is expected to attract more than 10,000 visitors and buyers. Held annually in October, Ha Noi Giftshow has become a recognised export-oriented handicraft trade fair in the Asia-Pacific region after 15 editions. It has featured nearly 6,000 booths operated by more than 2,400 businesses and production establishments from across Viet Nam and more than 30 countries and territories.

The 2025 edition featured 450 booths and nearly 200 businesses and producers from across the country and countries including Japan, India and Nepal. It attracted nearly 15,000 visitors and buyers, including more than 3,000 foreign importers and international visitors living in Ha Noi.
