To meet the demand for rapid development — supporting a target of double-digit growth for the 2026–2030 period —Ca Mau Province’s Party committees and authorities are taking decisive action to definitively resolve obstacles regarding site clearance and the handling of complaints and denunciations. Resolving these “bottlenecks” at the local level is considered key to accelerating construction projects and unlocking public investment capital.
