The world is witnessing an unprecedented surge in conflicts and violence since the end of the second World War, with severe repercussions for the lives of millions and the eruption of numerous humanitarian crises.

Samdech Kittisangha Bundit Men Sam An, Vice President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and a senior advisor to the King of Cambodia, has highlighted the significance of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV), describing it as a strategically important event not only for Viet Nam’s development but also for peace, stability and cooperation across the region.

Viet Nam is increasingly affirming its position as a proactive nation in building trust and advancing peaceful solutions to conflicts, said Pallab Sengupta, President of the World Peace Council.
