The official visit to Singapore by Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, during which he co-chaired the first Viet Nam–Singapore Strategic Dialogue, has concluded successfully, opening up new space for cooperation at a strategic level, with both sides working towards a common resilient future and elevating Viet Nam–Singapore cooperation in technological connectivity and human resource development to a new level.

Viet Nam attaches great importance to expanding international cooperation in science-technology, innovation and human resources development. Technological self-reliance should be built on open cooperation, knowledge connectivity and joint capacity development rather than isolation, said top leader To Lam.
