The draft Law on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises is being finalised towards innovating support mechanisms, diversifying sources of capital, and promoting financing based on business plans, revenue, data, and cash flows, rather than relying primarily on collateral.
The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee on August 28 discussed the draft Law on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), which is set to replace the 2017 law.
