The Party Central Committee’s Office has just announced the conclusions of General Secretary and President To Lam at the first meeting of the Steering Committee for reviewing 100 years of the Party’s leadership of the Vietnamese revolution and the orientation for national development for the next 100 years, and reviewing 40 years of implementing the Platform for building the country during the transitional period to socialism.
