The Vietnamese Embassy in Austria has recently hosted a ceremony in Vienna to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Viet Nam's National Day (September 2).

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CPC) held a solemn ceremony at the Palace of the Revolution in Havana on August 25 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Viet Nam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025), showing the Caribbean nation’s special sentiment for Viet Nam.

In today’s turbulent world, the fact that a socialist country like Viet Nam is pursuing a peaceful path while maintaining an independent and non-aligned foreign policy holds great significance, according to Massimiliano Ay, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Switzerland (CPS).

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Nguyen Khac Dinh hosted a reception in Ha Noi on August 15 for a delegation from the steering committee for the compilation of a book about 50 years of cooperation between the Vietnamese and Lao NAs, led by Chairman of the Lao NA’s Committee for Foreign Affairs Sanya Praseuth.

An exhibition celebrating Viet Nam’s achievements over the past 80 years, which will be held from August 28 to September 5 at the National Exposition Centre, a new landmark in Ha Noi, is expected to become a cultural and political highlight of the year, inspiring public engagement across all sectors.
