State President Luong Cuong on September 18 hosted a reception in Ha Noi for Pauline Tamesis, United Nations (UN) Resident Coordinator in Viet Nam, and heads of UN agencies in the country, ahead of his trip to New York to attend the High-level General Debate of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
