Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan made this statement on April 5 at a reception in Hanoi for a delegation of former political prisoners and internees from Ho Chi Minh City.
Vice President Doan said she hopes that the guests will continue upholding their patriotic and revolutionary virtues, educating the younger generation about the country’s fine traditions, and making positive contributions to building a strong, transparent administrative system in their localities.
During their visit to the capital city, the delegation also paid homage to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum.
