Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan visits Kon Tum Province

In Po Y Commune, Ngoc Hoi District, Xuan praised the efforts of Kon Tum authorities at all levels in ensuring defence and security, noting that it has laid the foundation for the province’s strong growth.

She asked Kon Tum Province to continue focusing resources into socio-economic development to successfully realise the targets set for the 2020-2025 period.

The state leader also called for effective implementation of the Politburo’s Resolution 18 on streamlining the apparatus.

While visiting the 24th Infantry Regiment in Dak To District, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan asked the regiment to build it into a strong unit with high combat readiness.

On the same day, Xuan visited the border marker between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, the Dak To Martyrs’ Cemetery, and the Dak To-Tan Canh special national site; and presented gifts to poor households and policy beneficiaries in Kon Tum Province.
