Viet Nam-Kuwait to mark 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties

The Politburo decided to appoint Bui Thi Minh Hoai to the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee and the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) and Central Mass Organisations, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the VFF and Central Mass Organisations.
