The event serves as clear evidence of efforts to deepen Viet Nam–China economic relations, particularly in the context of innovation and digital transformation — inevitable trends of the modern era.
Themed “Cooperation and support for enterprises towards development”, the conference focused on key topics aimed at enhancing exchanges, fostering substantive business connections, and exploring investment cooperation opportunities between enterprises of the two countries.
Highlights included the development of e-commerce, investment practices of Chinese enterprises in Viet Nam, successful cooperation case studies from Vietnamese businesses, and investment prospects in the Vietnamese market.
This year’s conference was not merely a series of panel discussions but featured highly practical sessions such as the “Trade Promotion – Supply and Demand Matching – Partner Search” forum. This session was seen as the event’s centrepiece, providing enterprises with the opportunity to meet, negotiate directly, and establish concrete partnerships aimed at long-term cooperation.
The area for “On-site Exhibition and Multidimensional Interaction”, comprising 10 to 20 booths, also offered a dynamic space for exchange, enabling businesses to showcase products, present services, and directly connect with potential partners.
A “display–experience–interaction” model was applied to deliver tangible communication and commercial outcomes.
Speaking at the conference, Le Toan Thang, Deputy Director of the National Innovation Startup Support Centre, affirmed that the meticulous preparation by the organisers, along with the integration of in-depth activities such as themed seminars, technology exhibitions, and supply-demand linkages, had created an effective support ecosystem for startups.
He also emphasised that this was an opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises, including innovative startups, to access advanced technologies and learn practical lessons from China, one of the region’s leading countries in manufacturing technology and digitalisation.
For startups, the conference presented a valuable opportunity to connect with investors, innovation support funds, and technical partners. As Viet Nam moves toward building a national innovation ecosystem, forming bridges with creative economies like China’s will provide vital momentum in both technology and investment capital.
Thang also stressed: “We are committed to continuing our support for connection activities in the fields of startups and innovation, creating favourable conditions for enterprises from both countries, especially young businesses, to meet, exchange, and form effective and long-term partnerships.”
According to experts, in order to turn these cooperation opportunities into reality, both sides must continue to build trust, ensure transparency in mechanisms, and work toward fair and mutually beneficial collaboration.
With the growing trend toward sustainable development and green transformation, Vietnamese enterprises express hope that their Chinese partners will introduce clean technologies, energy-efficient solutions, and environmentally friendly models, which are the criteria increasingly prioritised by both the Vietnamese government and consumers.
Amid ongoing global trade fluctuations, deepening bilateral cooperation, especially in high-tech and innovation sectors, will help strengthen internal development capacities while expanding the economic horizons of both countries.
