The embassies of Vietnam and ASEAN countries brought to the event art performances and booths introducing unique products of each country.

Speaking at the opening of the ASEAN Bazaar hosted by the Indonesian Embassy, Sok Chenda Sophea, Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, stated that unity in diversity is the important thing that creates ASEAN's identity.

Accordingly, the fair taking place in Phnom Penh is a great opportunity for countries to promote high quality products and craftsmanship of ASEAN, becoming an ideal platform to raise public awareness, promote further promote the exchange of diverse culture, heritage, and cuisine of the region.

Participating in this fair, the Vietnamese Embassy brought a number of art performances and two booths introducing Vietnamese goods and cuisine.

The performance of Vietnamese women in traditional ao dai was a highlight attracting a lot of attention from ASEAN and international delegates.

Along with art performances, booths introducing Vietnam's high-quality products, such as coffee, tea, fish sauce, wine, handicrafts, and Vietnamese cuisine also attract many visitors.

In addition to promoting the diverse culture of member countries, ASEAN Bazaar is even more meaningful as it is held right on the occasion when Cambodia is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its admission as the 10th member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (April 30, 1999-April 30, 2024).
