For his part, Cuban Minister of Justice Oscar Manuel Silvera Martinez expressed his sincere appreciation for the warm sentiments extended to him and his delegation, while underscoring the special friendship and solidarity between the two countries.

He stated that Cuba is actively working to approve the project and affirmed the country’s commitment to close coordination in implementing related activities in 2026, including delegation exchanges, conferences, workshops and legal research.
