Vietsovpetro has constructed a relatively complete complex of shore facilities, port warehouses and a technology system for maintaining oil and gas mining, including fourteen fixed and 26 light rigs. The firm aims to exploit 2.461 million tonnes of crude oil and bring in over US$1 billion in revenues this year.
