Vinamilk tops list of CareerBuilder's 100 Employer of Choice in 2022

Thanks to its efforts to implement advanced policies towards perfecting the working environment and providing favourable opportunities for employees even in challenging periods of the economy, the Vietnam Dairy Products JSC – Vinamilk has claimed the first position in the Top 100 Employer of Choice in 2022 according to a recent survey conducted by CareerBuilder Vietnam.

CareerBuilder Vietnam is under the network of CareerBuilder, a global talent acquisition leader and job marketplace.

The Top 100 Employer of Choice in 2022 survey was jointly carried out by CareerBuilder Vietnam and its market research partner Amco Vietnam following the criteria of transparency and objectivity.

The survey gathered nearly 19,000 respondents of all ages and occupations to explore the expectations of job seekers and honour the businesses that have maintained their best performance and are most appreciated in each industry in 2022.

The survey questionnaire was designed to record the employee's experience when applying for a job, their feelings about the current job and their desires and expectations in the future.

According to the results of the survey, Vinamilk was voted by the respondents as the top recruitment brand with the policy of attracting and retaining talent. The company not only ranked first in the list of Top 100 Employer of Choice but also claimed the first position in the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and the seventh position in the category of businesses with impressive job application experience.

“Becoming a destination for talents, continuing to build a corporate culture towards innovation and creativity” is set as one of the four orientations in the company's five-year strategy development for the 2022-2026 period.

In the context of the post-COVID-19 economy and instability in the world, Vinamilk's dominance in recruitment surveys show the efforts and commitment of the company's leaders in not only putting forward sound business orientations, but also maintaining an advanced working environment and developing a team of employees who are devoted to their work and highly engaged with the organisation towards the goals of creating sustainable shared values.

Previously, Vinamilk has affirmed its firm position in the labour market when it was voted by the Anphabe, a career network of management professionals and market research firm in Vietnam, to top the list of 100 Best Places to work in Vietnam for three consecutive years, from 2017 to 2020, and then become a partner of the annual survey.

With this role, Vinamilk has worked with the survey’s team to promote in-depth research on new trends, measure the attractiveness of employer brands, and contribute to promoting the building of a favourable environment for the business community in Vietnam.

The COVID-19 pandemic has left an important lesson for businesses, which is the willingness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances, which requires them to promote innovation, internal transformation to be able to develop sustainably in the new context.
