VN-Index inches up in 3rd gaining session

The index closed 2.62 points higher after gaining 6.50 points on July 5.

Trading on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) increased by 17.48% to 17.20 trillion VND (723.68 million USD).

The VN-30 basket, comprising the 30 largest capped stocks, saw 16 tickers gain.

The HNX-Index at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, where mid and small caps list, was down 0.40% while the UPCoM-Index at the Unlisted Public Companies Market fell by 0.14%.
