This was not only a political-scientific activity but also an opportunity for the young generation to express their views, aspirations, and political will, affirm their desire to contribute, and demonstrate their sense of responsibility towards Party building in the new period.

According to Tran Thi Ngoc Quynh, Secretary of the Youth Union of central party agencies, the conference focused on the draft documents for the first congress of the Central Party Agencies for the 2025–2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress. The discussion included proposals and recommendations from Youth Union members on tasks that Youth Union bodies at various levels should undertake in the coming period, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and the resolution of the first congress of central party agencies.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Thi Hoang Van, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, emphasised that contributing to the draft documents is not merely a procedural formality, but a profound political responsibility for every young official and Party member — those who will directly translate the Party’s guidelines and policies into practical action.

It was reported that eight presentations were delivered at the conference. Previously, grassroots Youth Union organisations within Central Party Agencies organised workshops and programmes to gather feedback from members and young people, focusing on promoting youth participation in Party building, accelerating digital transformation, fostering innovation, and improving the effectiveness of communications and the education of revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles.
