Art programme marks 326th founding anniversary of Sai Gon-Cho Lon-Gia Dinh-Ho Chi Minh City

An art programme themed “Being proud of the city named after President Ho Chi Minh” was held on Nguyen Hue Walking Street on July 2 to mark the 326th founding anniversary of Sai Gon-Cho Lon-Gia Dinh-Ho Chi Minh City (1698-2024), and the 48 years since Sai Gon-Gia Dinh city was officially named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - 2024).

The art programme was divided into four chapters with many impressive performances.

The programme featured the participation of many famous artists, including People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, Meritorious Artist Le Hong Tham, Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam, Meritorious Artist Ngoc Dang, singers Ho Trung Dung and Pham Trang, and more.

Over the years, the city has overcome numerous difficulties and challenges to gain outstanding achievements in the cause of national construction and defence.
