As part of the agreement, Vietnam Airlines and Binh Thuan will collaborate to promote the province’s image and strengthen its position as a leading tourist destination in central Vietnam as well as on the international tourism map.
Both parties are committed to jointly researching and developing unique tourism products to help the province create distinct competitive advantages.
Furthermore, Vietnam Airlines and Binh Thuan will participate in and organise national and regional-scale events to showcase the unique attributes of this "sun and wind" region to domestic and international tourists and investors.

This partnership with Binh Thuan not only strengthens connectivity to a region with substantial potential but also contributes to showcasing Vietnam’s beauty on a global scale. The national carrier plans to collaborate with Binh Thuan to explore the possibility of offering high-quality regional specialties on its flights, thereby opening new market opportunities for the province’s agricultural products.
Vietnam Airlines currently has comprehensive cooperation agreements with over 40 provinces and cities throughout Vietnam. The airline has also implemented numerous tourism promotion programs, promoting destinations and regional agricultural products on its flights, effectively sharing the beauty of Vietnam with international friends.
At the signing ceremony, Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of the Binh Thuan People’s Committee, said that the province is prioritising many solutions to attract investment in building a synchronous and modern infrastructure system to promote its socio-economic development.
Specifically, the operation of Phan Thiet Airport in the near future will create a strong impetus for the development of the locality, helping Binh Thuan connect faster with major economic centres both at home and abroad. Vietnam Airlines not only helps expand the air connection network but also contributes to promoting the image of Binh Thuan.
