Addressing the event, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee Le Thi Thuy said, that the ceremony provided an opportunity for participants to review the life, career, and contributions of comrade Luong Khanh Thien to the revolutionary cause of Vietnam, and in particular his hometown in Ha Nam Province.
