The rate of students having jobs and the percentage of students having jobs in the right field is always the top concern of educational institutions, he noted.

According to Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Antonio Alessandro, the Italian Embassy in Vietnam is interested in promoting cooperation between Vietnamese and Italian universities and will continue to support the MOTIVE project and similar projects in the future.

MOTIVE aims to study the employment situation of graduates in Vietnam; monitor and survey the trends and adaptation process of students in the labour market and make recommendations to reform university training policies in Vietnam.

One of the important goals of this project is to strengthen the connection between students and employers and to help students get jobs in the right field after graduation.
