Precious images on President Ho Chi Minh showcased in Dak Lak

A photo exhibition entitled “Ho Chi Minh – Life and Career” was opened at Dak Lak Province Museum on September 24 by the Presidential Palace Historical Site and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province.

As many as 268 precious images and documents on the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh are being showcased, collected by both Dak Lak Province Museumand the Presidential Palace Historical Site.

The exhibition includes six topics featuring the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh from a patriotic young man named Nguyen Tat Thanh to the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the resistance against the French colonialists, the building and defending of socialism in the North, the promotion of the values of Ho Chi Minh’s heritage, and the study and following of President Ho’s ideology by the Dak Lak people.

The event is expected to help Dak Lak people in particular and people in Central Highlands get a further understanding of the life, career, ideology and morality of President Ho, thereby, promoting patriotism, national pride and gratitude toward the great President.

The exhibition is among the activities to mark the 75th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, the 80th founding anniversary of the Dak Lak Party Committee and the implementation of the Politburo Directive on learning and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle.

The exhibition is scheduled to last until mid-December 2020.
