To implement Government Resolution No.68 and Prime Minister’s Decision No.23 on policies in support of employees and employers facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the relevant agencies have coordinated to build up and provide eight online public services on the National Public Service Portal at https://ncovi.dichvucong.gov.vn/p/home/dvc-ncovid-danh-sach-dich-vu-cong.html.
The eight services include support for employees and employers in suspending contributions to the pension and survival benefit funds and support for employees to suspend their duties under labour contracts, take unpaid leave, or stop working altogether.
The online services also support employees who are ending their labour contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits and employers wishing to borrow capital to pay for their employees or the recovery of production.
Moreover, the services will offer the extension of taxation payment deadlines for enterprises and individuals.
The Administrative Procedure Control Agency at the Government Office said that all procedures on the portal have been simplified and that all documents submitted will be sent to the Social Insurance sector and the relevant competent agencies.
