Also attending were Politburo member Nguyen Xuan Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; members of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat: Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communications, Education and Mass Mobilisation, and Le Hoai Trung, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and leaders of central ministries and agencies.
Among the highlights is the photo exhibition “Viet Nam – A strip of homeland", hosted by the PCC’s Commission for Communications, Education and Mass Mobilisation, which showcases images of the country and its people from border areas and highlands to seas and islands. The exhibits were selected from national-level photo contests held during 2020–2025, vividly portraying daily life, labour, and the close bond between people and the nation’s border and maritime regions.
Another exhibition, “Under the Party’s Flag – The Country Enters a New Era”, curated by the Vietnam News Agency, displayed more than 500 archival photographs arranged into eight thematic sections, highlighting key milestones and major events associated with Party Congressesthroughout the history of the Vietnamese revolution.
At the same time, the organisers set up an electronic display screen to enable delegates attending the 14th National Party Congress to access archival images of the Party’s glorious history and stay updated on key activities during the congress.
In addition, the exhibition “The Communist Party of Viet Nam – From Congress to Congress”, organised by the Archives Department of the Party Central Office, presented valuable documents and images, including materials made public for the first time, vividly reflecting the Party’s congresses and the great achievements attained under its leadership.
Within the programme, Party and state leaders also attended the release ceremony of the special postage stamp set “Celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam”, issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology to promote the significance and stature of the congress among Party members and the public nationwide.
The stamp set consists of a single design, measuring 43 × 32 mm, with a face value of 4,000 VND, designed by artist Nguyen Du from the Viet Nam Post.
