The first Congress of the Party Organisation of the Central Party Agencies will take place from September 23 to 24, drawing 299 delegates and nearly 100 guests.
The 20th Party Congress of the northern province of Cao Bang, the 2025–2030 tenure, took place on September 17, with 399 official delegates representing 62,935 Party members from 60 local Party committees, alongside 151 guests.
Conditions must be in place so that equipment, infrastructure, and facilities serving the congress can be put into trial operation on November 15, said Permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
