General Secretary To Lam’s official visit to Finland is the highest-level visit to Finland by a Vietnamese leader since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1973. It demonstrates Viet Nam’s high regard for its traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation with Finland.

The visit is expected to help strengthen political trust, promote people-to-people exchanges, and enhance business connectivity between the two countries, thereby creating momentum for shaping strategic cooperation between Viet Nam and Finland in the future.
