The workshop will discuss two main topics:
The first will be about preferential mechanisms, policies, measures, and supports to attract high-tech human resources to work in high-tech zones; the experiences of countries around the world in attracting talent, scientists and experts, and lessons for attracting high-tech human resources to work in high-tech zones, thereafter making recommendations.
The second topic will be a discussion on preferential mechanisms, policies, measures, and support to promote innovative activities in high-tech zones; the experiences of countries around the world regarding innovative activities and lessons for promoting innovative activities in high-tech zones; thereafter proposing implentatitonal mechanisms.
The workshop is expected to be held for one day at the headquarters of the Ha Noi People's Committee, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ha Noi Municipal People's Committee, and the Management Board of high-tech and industrial zones in Ha Noi.
The event will be chaired by the Department of Justice, while the Management Board of high-tech parks and industrial parks of the city will coordinate with the Office of the Ha Noi Municipal People's Committee to develop the plan for and program of the workshop.
