The event took place both in-person and online, featuring the participation of 2,000 youth union members from 30 districts and towns, representing nearly three million young people from Hanoi.
During the dialogue, the youths asked questions and expressed their concerns about many important issues today including the city's policies regarding vocational skills training for young people and difficulties in accessing preferential loans for studying in the country and working abroad.

The dialogue also covered other topics such as the programme related to innovation startups, digital transformation investment fund, safeguarding young people in the era of information explosion and implementing QR codes to promote Hanoi's “red addresses”.

He encouraged more exchanges and discussions with young people to gather information and expand their knowledge.
Thanh also emphasised the leadership role of youth union officials and their harmonious collaboration to encourage young people to involve in the activities contributing to the development of the capital city in particular and the country in general.
