The Hanoi municipal People's Committee has just issued Plan No.330/KH-UBND, on organising a flower market ahead of Tet 2023.

The spring flower markets will open from January 1-21, featuring various types of flowers, ornamental plants, several handicraft products from traditional trade villages, and the products for Tet.

The functional authorities are assigned to ensure traffic safety and order around the flower markets, ensuring environmental sanitation for the duration of the markets.

In addition, the People's Committees of districts and townships direct the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns, to proactively and closely coordinate with the police forces and traffic inspectors, to organise and manage spring flower markets to serve people.
